Commentary

During December, there was little activity in the programme following as HRS096 GDPR Updates for eRecruitment deployment to LIVE is scheduled for March 2019 to allow GaSP enough time in UAT to review the data after anonymisation.

The overall USG Other Programme status is GREEN.

Achievements this Period

  • Initial HR UAT reports run on NEWSTEST.
  • HR GDPR Anonymisation script run against NEWSTEST.
  • Comparison run of HR UAT reports run on NEWSTEST.
  • UAT comparison has thrown up unexpected results although work completed as signed off.  Investigation underway with HR to understand user expectations and the implication of HR GDPR Anonymisation.

Issues

  • HR has requested initial Live run be delayed 2 months from 8th Jan 2019 to 8th March 2019 to allow GaSP to ensure they have all the relevant data they need which has NOT been anonymised.  PICCL to be raised to address this.

Next Steps

  • Investigation and resolution of UAT discrepancies.
  • UAT signed off.
  • Phase One  - initial live run now requested for 8th March 2019 rather than 8th Jan 2019 as had been scheduled.  Plan to be revised for requested end date.
  • Phase Two - Historical job application data in eRecruitment strategic solution in the EDW to be separate project.  Present position to be reported and proposed solution formalised.
