• Project Planning phase completed 
• System related documentation 
  • The System Design Specification (SDS) document has been completed 
  • The Technical Architecture Document (TAD) has commenced 
  • The Test Strategy document has commenced 
• Build Phase 
  • Initial discussions have commenced with the supplier regarding Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • The software build has commenced 

Issues 

• Whilst it is the intention for staff to use their UUN to access the system, it has been noted user accounts have been uploaded using their Staff Id.  Discussions are currently on-going to resolve this matter with the supplier

Next Steps

• System related documentation
  • Review the System Design Specification (SDS) document with the Production team 
  • Review the Technical Architecture Document (TAD) with the Production team
  • Confirm the Test Strategy document with the project team 
• Build Phase 
  • Complete software build
  • Complete Single Sign-On (SSO)
• User Acceptance Testing 
  • Confirm test schedule with the supplier 
  • Commence User Acceptance testing
