Achievements this Period

• The Project has reduced scope after the Business took an option to complete a Non-Competitive Agreement (NCA) and have identified a Supplier / have agreed to procure a solution.

Issues

• Issue #3:  Reduce Scope and Move Towards Closure After Business Completed a Non-Competitive Agreement with a Supplier - agreed 28-Aug-2019 post WIS (see next steps below)

• Issue #4: Business Chose to Complete a Non-Competitive Agreement (NCA) with a Supplier Without Fully Engaging IS / Procurement - tracks communication / steps between the Business, Procurement and IS as the Non Competitive Agreement (NCA) was undertaken by the Business

• Risk #3:  After the Procurement Phase it is Possible that an Appropriate Solution / System is not Discovered (AMBER) records the fact that after Procurement (the tender process) no compliant responses were received and that the Business have conducted a non-competitive agreement.

Next Steps

• Agree steps for Project Closure, WIS have requested as part of this that evidence be sought of:
  • A contract
  • An implementation plan
