During February
- Active Projects
- The new Fire Management System project continues according to plan
- eOPAS Historic Data
- The work has now been completed and signed-off by Occupational Health
- In Year Projects
- With reference to the three potential in-year projects
- Cardinus Upgrade - requirement to determine if project manager and developer available
- eOPAS Upgrade - unable to specify start date as supplier has not released date of upgrade to version 6.1
- CHPS Upgrade incorporating an interface with eOPAS - project manger and developer have been assigned to the project and this will start w/c 8th April
- With reference to the three potential in-year projects
- The overall programme budget is currently 304 days, which includes 50 days for the planned eOPAS upgrade. However, due to the delay in the supplier release date, there is a risk that the project will not be able to commence this year
