During February

  • Active Projects
    • The new Fire Management System project continues according to plan 
  • eOPAS Historic Data 
    • Work is now underway 
  • In Year Projects
    • Three in-year projects have been submitted and planning / resourcing review is now underway.  The projects relate to 
      • Cardinus Upgrade
      • eOPAS Upgrade 
      • CHPS Upgrade incorporating an interface with eOPAS 
  • The overall programme budget is currently 304 days, which includes 50 days for the planned eOPAS upgrade which has been delayed until release 6.0 is available

Achievements this Period

  • Public Information Notification (PIN) period completed, with four expressions of interest received
  • Business Requirements / Existing Process Workshops are ongoing, draft Business procurement question sets for the ITT are close to completion
  • The Disability Information Officer has been engaged and the procurement questions for accessibility have been drafted 
  • It was agreed by both the Business Lead and Project Sponsor that the 'could have'Deliverable in the Project Brief "D8 - Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEP) - solution enables the recording, tracking and sharing of Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans" be removed from the scope of the Project

Next Steps

  • A Project Stakeholder / Business engagement meeting is calendared for: 19-Mar-2019, out of which those involved in the Procurement / question marking will be agreed / identified   
  • Complete the draft procurement question sets for the ITT, combining Business, accessibility and IS question sets
  • Determine procurement strategy
