During December
- Active Projects
- The eOPAS project is now anticipated closing in January, with any remaining activity being undertaken within the next eOPAS upgrade
- On-going discussions are being held with the supplier and internal IS departments regarding the tidy up of historical data
- The new Fire Management System project has commenced
- Future Planned Activity
- The decision to proceed with the next eOPAS upgrade project has been deferred to Mrch 2019 as Occupational Health would prefer to wait for the next scheduled upgrade
- Programme budget has been adjusted to cater for project changes within the programme
