Achievements

• Reviewed milestones and budget to accommodate unexpected delays in Portal testing and the resolution of the remaining outstanding issues
  • Approval to extend project budget by 20 days into 2018-19
• Portal testing progress
  • OH have completed portal testing in Test
  • HAS have completed portal testing in Test
  • Other users starting to look at the Portal
  • Portal user guides have been used, but still to be fully reviewed
• Spirometry connectivity issue has been resolved  
• Amplivov audio issue has been resolved
• Termination date errors have been resolved
• Integration with Mjog text messaging service remains unresolved
• HR, OH and IS meeting held to discuss the nightly data transfer of personnel data into eOPAS.
  • HR agreed OH can continue to use the data until a decision has been agreed.

Issues

• Personnel data transfer from HR to be resolved
• Spirometry
  • It has been discovered that the additional requirements to import graphs of readings along with the generation of PDF's require an upgrade to the next version of eOPAS 

Next Steps

• Resolve integration issues relating to Mjog light
• Formal agreement to be  decided between HR and OH regarding the nightly data transfer of personnel data into eOPAS
• Resolve remaining outstanding issues with Warwick
• Termination date population to be queried with Warwick
• Portal
  • complete testing within the Test environment

Achievements in Last Period

• Two more production issues were identified since deployment to live, neither of these were as a result of the additional works requested by the Business, but were thought to be further items that were now noticeable as a result of fixing the time boxed support based issues on behalf of Application Management.  The Developer has a booking to complete these works w/c 30/07/2018.  These are being tracked in risk #5:  Pre-Existing LDAPIssue

• Sign off / deployment of fixes to the additional two production issues

AP78-018

Health and Safety Minor Enhancements 

This is a holding project for minor enhancements that the H&S directorate would like to progress through 17/18. It is currently assumed that the work will be undertaken by the HAS001 and HAS003 projects. Once the budgeting is confirmed then this project is likely to be withdrawn.
