Achievements

• Reviewed Milestones and budget
• Completed DR testing
• Updated TAD and handed over to production
• Supplier resolved initial initial issue reported through Portal testing
• Continued to investigate Spirometry issues with further input from IS Consultancy team
• Service Level Agreement being updated

Issues

• Unexpected issues encountered during initial Portal testing and forwarded to the supplier

• Currently 6 outstanding issues including

  • Integration with Spirometry remains unresolved - although a manual workaround is in place

  • Integration with Amplivox Audio remains unresolved

  • Integration with Mjog text messaging service remains unresolved

Next Steps

• Review Milestones and budget to accommodate unexpected delays in Portal testing and the resolution of the remaining outstanding issues
• Update TAD and circulate to production
• Resolve integration issues relating to Spirometry, Amplivox and Mjog light
• Portal
  • to be tested within the Test environment
  • commence arrangements to site Portal on the live OH Website
  • portal user guides to be finalised
• Planned on-site training day with the supplier to be arranged with regards to advanced searches
• Plan date to  decommission TEST and LIVE OPAS  during last week in August

Achievements in Last Period

• Work packages completed
• Application deployed to live Wednesday 27/06/2018
• Agreement with Production (application management) to pick up a number of current support based issues, time boxed to 3 days 

Issues

• None

Next Steps

• Two more production issues have been noted since deployment to live, neither of these were as a result of the additional works requested by the Business, but are thought to be further items that are now noticeable as a result of fixing the time boxed support based issues on behalf of Application Management.  Project to analyse these to see if time remains in the time boxed support budget to address these items.  The Developer has a placeholder booking to complete these works w/c 16/07/2018.  These are being tracked in risk #5:  Pre-Existing LDAP Issue

Health and Safety Minor Enhancements 

This is a holding project for minor enhancements that the H&S directorate would like to progress through 17/18. It is currently assumed that the work will be undertaken by the HAS001 and HAS003 projects. Once the budgeting is confirmed then this project is likely to be withdrawn.
