Summary:

Partial report provided - further work to be done on projects reporting (RAG) and resources.   Project-level report below

EST092: Operational Reporting.  Closed out with one minor defect handled as a BAU ticket

EST093: Strategic Reporting. Business analysis underway, albeit late.  Additional resource costs likely to be required - source to be agreed.

EST095: Energy Systems Upgrade.  Optima and Dynamat activities underway although some delayed.  Minor replanning required due to availability within the project team.  Larger Energy Systems review initiated with Estates team in support of greater value from consolidated systems

EST097: Purchase to Pay.  Agreed to go on hold due to competing priorities within Estates Finance team.  Budgeted effort to be reduced in line with Estates priorities.  IS Resources released and fully utilised by EST102/EST103 Estates Capital System Projects

EST098: Archibus upgrade.  Scope agreed after several iterations, reducing contingency to nothing.  GoLive remains on track for November '17.  Some challenges with alignment of requirements and 3rd party support being closely monitored

EST100: BIM Strategic review.  No plans as yet to take this forward in 2017/18.  Will review as part of monthly programme meetings

EST107: Asbestos Systems review.  Initiated - Gathered requirements for current state - now seeking future needs before defining project brief

EST108: CSG Fire Safety Systems. Initiated - Working to establish full requirements followed by brief.  Questions regarding compliance financial support underway
