Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Progress continues to be made on all active projects,. However, there is still the project issue regarding sponsorship for the Strategic Reports that has still to be resolved.  During the month, the project associated with Capital Budgeting has been closed, whilst the start-up for Struxureware project has been initiated.

With the programme now covering several departmental areas within Estates, there is now the requirement to review future attendees to the programme meeting and the overall budget holder.

During July, a total of  54 days were utilised by IS Applications across the programme, resulting in a monthly burn rate of 79%.
