ECA006 Exam Board Enhancements has delivered.
ECA001 Infrastructure delivery has been pushed back to June due to infrastructure changes in the TEST environment.
ECA007 e-Reserve has been started, to address a serious audit issue the portal has with copyrighted material.
ECA have also confirmed they are ready to commit effort and budget to a project to move ECA to SMART, however as HSS are unikley to match funding on a 50/50 basis this remains unlikely for 13/14.
The Portal MyGroups project is likely to be withdrawen, and instead key elements of it will be included in an enhancement project in 2013/14. To be discussed at this month's programm meeting.
With 8 days in the balance row covering the 6 days overpsend for the current projects, all planned effort is within programme budget.
