Priorities for the programme have changed again, with enhancements for the project boards to be prioritised over port to new infrastructure, as an in-year project.
Also, ECA will use remaining budget after port to start a project to move ECA onto SMART, and therefore withdrawing remaining project MyGroups.
This requires additional funding from HSS however, so will be assessed during mid-year review once we are clearer on whether we have budget for the SMART project.
ECA will not be a programme next year so proposals are to be prioritise against other HSS and overall proposals. Actions from programme meeting
