ECA006 Exam Board Enhancements has delivered.
ECA001 Infrastructure delivery is well under way and will deliver in this year.
ECA007 e-Reserve has been started as in-year project, to address a serious audit issue the portal has with copyrighted material. The project has a delay due to ECA not yet ready to confirm their requirements and so now unlikely to complete in 12/13.
The Portal MyGroups project was withdrawn, and instead key elements of it will be included in an enhancement project in 2013/14. This was discussed at this month's programme meeting where a significant list of prioritised requierments were reviewd which will form the basis of an enhancement project next year.
The projected total is now 10 days over the ring-fenced budget, so programme manager will look to complete ECA001 and complete ECA007 in 13/14, using next year's ring-fenced budget.
