Achievements in last period

• Development work completed for fixes and deployed to Dev and Test

• User Acceptance testing in progress 
• Preparations for deployment to Live
• Ongoing Service activity working with Finance, ACE

Issues

• Additional developer days required to complete development work of fixes , now completed 
• As no business testing completed on community version, which would impact deployment, it was agreed with business lead to deploy fixes to current Live version to meet project closure milestones in this financial year
• Project milestones reviewed and approved

Next steps

• UAT sign off 

• Prep for deployment of JIRAs to Live

• Deployment to Live

• Project closure

Achievements in Last Period

• Go / No Go decision point took place 26th June – switchover is planned for 11/7/19.
• Release 3.0 Preview scheduled for deployment on 4/7/19

Communications Plan​

• An all-staff email and an all-student email have been drafted for approval to be issued w/c 8/7/19 advising of the switchover and the changes to expect
• Other comms will be issued to the IS Helpline and CPAG community

Issues

• None in this reporting period

Next steps

• Second Go CAB meeting scheduled 2^nd July to provide switchover date approval
• Switchover scheduled for 11/7/19
