Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
Both key projects are progressing well however resource constraints within Notifications Service are being felt due to changes in roles
- Service Manager has transferred over to new interim role as Service Operations Manager for MyEd and Notifications Service and a backfill resource has still to be advertised
- Project Manager has been assigned to a Priority 1 ITI Project Windows 10 Rollout and has limited availability to progress activities as they would like, exploring options to support project are being reviewed
- Resource budget unlikely to be spent before end of financial year and will be required into 18/19
The programme remains at AMBER to highlight these constraints.
