• WP1 :
  • Service Governance documentation review complete and issued to Steering Group for comments
  • Deployment implementation plan ready for Notification UI / API and Notification and Emergency portlets
  • Pilot implementation reviewed and updated
  • Preparation for deployment of Notifications UI and API including Notification / Emergency portlets​

  • Implementation plan updated and ready for deployments on 28th and 30th May​

  • Load test completed successfully
  • Acceptance sign off for Pilot (includes Go CAB approval)​
  • Notification UI / API and Notification and Emergency portlets successfully deployed on 28th and 30th May respectively
• DPIA completed
• Communication update issued to Notifications User Group​

Next steps

• WP1 : Pilot due to commence 11th June for project team and WGI this will end 28th June with further pilot extended for employ.ed cohort to end of July
• WP1 : EUCLID trigger meeting held with Student System to review post graduate awards, requires Student Systems resource to support
• WP4: Review and sign off workflow for SMS POC, Planning and estimation
• WP3 : Planning and estimate integration and triggers
• Engagement planned with IAD in June

The project status is currently AMBER :

As notification UI, API and portlets deployed, project team now progressing replanning and estimation of other potential notifications options to take the service forward. Revised milestones to be agreed.

• Technical Architecture design improved

• DTI044 Brief approved by WIS as End of Planning.

• UI design progressed with Graphic designer, UI lead and MyEd interns .
• Risk/PICCL and Milestone Logs up-to-date
• Unicon SoW7 finalised and approved
• Apereo conference presentation

Issues
