DTI049 is AMBER until the sprint velocity is understood and a better overall estimate of cost to complete the HR datamart is known
- starting assumption is 6 dev sprints + 2 maintenance sprints and budget of 350 + ISG days effort

- Difficulties agreeing BI/MI scope boundaries with SEP Core Systems, due to their need of a 'Historic Data Store' (HDS) and expectations this would have been delivered by the EDW programme.
- Agreed Business Analyst resource from Core Systems not forthcoming.

- Agree programme brief with stakeholders.
- Estimate size of the HR datamart , Finance datamart and eRecruitment datamart - to find into overall sprint planning - how many sprints per project
- Initiate Discovery/Analysis project for Finance strategic reporting requirements and data sourcing
- Confirm resourcing commitment with Service Management.
- Agree scope limitations and expectations with SEP Core Systems programme
- Programme Risk Review and consolidate related EDW/BI Tools risks.
- Arrange comms plan with Shaun and BI Team.
