DTI018 Continuous Service Improvement APIs Discretionary Milestones RAG AMBER |
Report for August 2018 Achievements in Last PeriodThere has been minimal progress with this project this month, as the Business Analyst assigned to managing the progress of the API’s has come to the end of their contract. An overall programme review meeting took place on 31.10.18. A follow up meeting specifically regarding this project is planned for 15.11.18. to consider resource and skills requirement for the project going forward. There are currently 7 proposed API’s in the project. A full review of the API’s is required and these then need to be reprioritised based on resource available and a realistic delivery timeline agreed. This can be reviewed again at end of January, when recruitment on the Service Management Team has taken place. Last month we identified a need to define the testing & training approach for testers so that UAT can be progress on 4 API’s which are currently awaiting testing. We have made significant progress in developing a testing approach for API’s and this approach will be circulated for approval by the Sponsoring Group within the next week. Separately we will need to agree support and training required for Application Developer Community to allow use of API's. Issues
