Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Work on DAS008 was carried over from 11-12 , due to resource conflicts with higher priority projects in the period May to July 2012.
Progress has now been made, as some dev team resource was made available in August to complete the Technical spec.
The agreed DAS programme baseline budget for 2012-13 is 24 days.

| Report by Stevie Conlon for Sept 2012 Achievements Last Period The technical spec has been sent to ThankQ (via Dev & Alumni) to allow ThankQ to build the new direct feed from ThankQ to IDM. (the delivery of this new feed will allow the legacy ALUMLIVE database to be decommisioned ) Dev & Alumni will discuss priorities with ThankQ , and schedule this work into the forward plan for ThankQ. Next steps Once ThankQ have committed to a delivery date, the PM can then book the IS resources and re-plan project milestones. Planning meeting with Dev & Alumni by Fri 2nd Nov
