Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Programme Commentary
There are still 4 open projects in the programme, and at the time of reporting things were looking positive for all of these. The latest Wiki upgrade had been successfully deployed to Live in late June. This was further testament to the good work done by the project team, and was hugely helped by their flexibility in working out of standard hours. The JIRA upgrade was still in planning, and being managed by our student intern. The SOA upgrade (COM043) had gotten over the reported issues in Test, and was ready to be deployed to Live in early July. And, on the back of the resolution of these issues, the IDM database upgrade (COM045) was being readied for migration to Test, with new milestones being drawn up and the eventual delivery being moved back again into 19/20.
However, while COM046 and COM047 can now advance, respectively, towards closure and build (in Dev), the latter two projects have hit issues again with the problems encountered when the SOA upgrade was deployed into Live, then rolled back. This is still being analysed and the final impact on COM043 and COM045 is still to be determined.
