Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Programme Commentary
The long-running COM036 has now been closed, and COM041 is now due to be closed at the end of May. There is a short delay to this because of PM availability to work on the closure. The decommissioning tasks for COM036 (not completed) have been picked up under INF137. This month also saw the closure of COM044. slightly ahead of schedule and under budget.
COM043 now has a go-live date of 14th May, with the UAT being completed successfully and signed off. There has been some overspend on this one and the PM will be preparing a PICCL to cover this shortly.
The delay to COM043 has meant that the milestones for COM045 have had to be pushed back, with delivery into Live now expected in early July. Resources and support have been secured. COM046 is continuing pretty much as planned, with the Live deployment due in mid-June. Again, resources are booked for this.
Finally, we have our intern starting soon and he will be able to get started on the JIRA upgrade in June.
