Achievements in Last Period

• System crashes resolved
• The project team have worked through a number of JIRAS raised after deployment, and resolved a significant amount. There are 4 JIRAs remaining to resolve.
• Budget review carried out
• DSOR and Closure milestones agreed

Issues

• Main JIRA to resolve is the high CPU usage when ExplorerSearch is turned on. To resolve this we are going to enable log tracing, switch this on for a couple of hours and send the logs to ITelligence for them to review and advise.  
• Budget reviewed and PICCL raised for extra days. This has been agreed with the COM programme, reviewed at WIS and with the programme to assign.

Next Steps

• Write closure report
• Continue to work on the remaining JIRAs to close them off,
• Close the project.
