• Itelligence have installed the agreed patching to the BI servers (DEV, TEST and LIVE)
• Performance looks to be resolved as ITelligence noted no issues on all three servers during the patch install and the testing.

• The planning phase is nearing completion and the project brief will be submitted for approval on 5th October.
• Preparations have started for the Test and Live environment builds with VMs ordered.
