Achievements in Last Period

• ITI have replace the older VM hosts in the cluster
• Project replaned and budget signed off for 2018/19
• SSO review completed, with fixes required, dev tech are assigned.
• Multi user access testing completed and passed

Issues

• Project status remains at Amber until we do the performance testing and agree that the issue is resolved.
• Network switches were to be replaced by end of August 2018, but this has been delayed until October. Advice from production is to begin the performance testing and raise any issues.

Next Steps

Conference call to happen with ITelligence to agree the budget for putting in the service pack, and for any further tasks to remaining to the end of the project.
