Achievements 

• Tasks that can be achieved this financial year without the performance issue fixed have been planned in.
• Other tasks have be replanned into the next financial year.
• Request for funding submitted to allow ITelligence to apply the service pack / patch to the DEV / TEST and LIVE servers

Issues

• Performance issues not resolved. There is still no clear indication of what the issue is. Head of Production has taken the lead with communications with ITI and investigations are continuing. See updated issue 8 on the matter. Although testing and checks are being carried out, there has not been any significant steps forward. 
• Deployment cannot be achieved on 14/07/2018. This has now been replanned for December 2018 along with other milestones
• Project remains at RED due to the performance issues not being resolved. The delivery milestone is replanned as a result of this.

Next Steps 

• Continue working with Production and ITI to resolve the performance issues.
• New project plan to be created.
• Complete the remaining tasks for this financial year. These have been resourced -
  • Migrate / re-create ODBC and JDBC connections
  • SSO fix and Security Testing
  • Multi user access testing

• Software Dev have been testing SOA 12 on Dev and have successfully integrated IDM components with the new version of SOA.

Achievements This Period

• Web migrations are continuing to the new infrastructure. Many of them are complicated and time consuming, requiring additional time from Service manager to support the technical resources, but we are still within the project tolerance for timescales.
• Wiki has been updated with the process and plan for migrations.

Issues

• Recruitment exercise has been unsuccessful whereby a decision for the work to be completed by service management and PMO has been made.  Project services resource to extend their work to perform the less complex migrations, communications and wiki updates with support and training from Service Management.

Next Steps

• Make headway towards completing the migrations to the new infrastructure.

The migration tool is not fit for purpose. SC to await feedback from vendor today if not successful then escalate through AC
