Achievements This Period

On-going discussions with Core Finance team regarding data interfaces
Whilst the first draft of the functional question set and associated process flows has been prepared, this cannot be completed until clarification of data transfer requirements regarding the Core Finance system have been defined

Issues

The completion of the functional question sets will now be delayed until clarification of Core Finance requirements are defined. As a result the project will require to be re-planned

Confirm potential suppliers
Prepare ITQ with regards to
- creation of functional question set and associated process flows
- clarify requirements for Core System interface (if possible)
- creation of technical question set
