10/03/14 - Spoke to Dev Tech ref Uni Desk call to create Vlan. This is still with the Networks team and seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. Left message with Network Services to confirm latest position so I can consider re-planning milestones or escalating as issue. The problem was that Business User couldn't load the software as he wasn't licensed.
10/03 - sent note to ASTA resourcer to confirm awaiting confirmation of Dev Tech resource. Dev Tech resource for TAD confirmed.
11/03 - met with new Dev Tech contact to discuss overview of project, it was queried whether T&P want to incorporate a DR test within the project, I said I didn't think so but I would check with T&P Office and confirm. I sent Dev Tech the last TAD from 2012 and also suggested that I contact supplier to find out more about their implementation plan.
Please could you also add the two new Controls Engineers as admin users.
