  • SSO
    • Investigations towards implementing SSO are on-going
    • Completed Regular Data Feed request form and forwarded to golden copy owners for approval
  • SMTP
    • Investigations towards implementing SMTP are on-going

Issues

  • Whilst investigations are on-going regarding SSO and SMTP, this has been hampered by the lack of technical resource availability

  • Project Brief raised and approved.
  • Assist with the production and sign off of DPIA which has been forwarded to the Data Protection team for review.
  • Production of initial EqIA.  Forwarded to the Information Services, Disability Information Officer for review and approval
  • Engage with Procurement regarding process to purchase preferred solution.
  • Engagement with Fivium regarding case migration process to the replacement eCase.

Issues

  • Slight delay in procurement process is delaying fully engaging with Fivium in the technical aspects of the transition process.

  • Project Brief raised and approved.
  • Sign off of DPIA and EqIA.
  • Engage with Procurement regarding process to purchase preferred solution.
  • Continued engagement with Fivium regarding various aspects of transition process.
