• Domain of One's Own contract paperwork in progress with third party supplier and Legal service.
• Blogs Search technical option (Solr) agreed, proof of concept carried out. Development work to start as per proof of concept.

Achievements in Last Period

• There were a number of issues with the Test environment and one outcome was that QM announced that the config relating to High Availability was officially not supported by the product (having previously indicated that it should work); this resulted in further delays and some config changes being reversed.
• LTW senior management and the project team held a skype call with Questionmark on 29/04/19 whereby expectation was set that if there were further delays to getting a working Test platform available within days, the supplier would be requested to visit UoE and complete the work onsite; similarly, it was agreed that if there were similar challenges with the Live infrastructure then there would be expectation that the work be completed on-site; UoE committed to providing access to the new Live infrastructure in order that QM could progress the install on it.
• Following the 29/04 call, QM made the Test environment available; UoE confirmed by end of the week that Test now functioning as designed.

Issues

• Currently awaiting ITI resource availability to replicate the Test config to the Live environment so that it can be handed over to the supplier to progress the Live install.
• Narrowing window of opportunity to deliver the upgrade; expectations have been set with the supplier to deliver in this window otherwise the expectation will be that the upgrade project is closed and UoE will be supported on the current QMP version.

Next Steps

• TEST & Acceptance signoff
• LTW documentation tasks to complete when TEST signed off
• Deployment checklists completed
• Live install
• Configure and verify SSO on Test (to be set up on Test parallel with Live QMP install so as not to delay further)

Achievements in the last period

• Template prototype signed off;
• Checklist prototype created;
• Terminology glossary in progress;
• Continued user experience activity and engagement ongoing;
• Student user groups held in April;
• Continued focus on training requirements for users;
• Automation work stream to be defined and planned for Phase Two;
• PgCap pilot underway.
• Communications & engagement at campus and School level with 2^nd stage interviews began in March;
• User experience and playback session for Geosciences held with next user experience activity under way.

Issues

• Training work stream to be further defined from last project board.
• Automation work stream slipped into Phase Two due to resourcing availability as a result of the Phase One deliverables which need to be delivered before automation can be undertaken.  This work stream will be defined with support from the College Learning Technologists once roll over has been completed (circa. June/July);
• Template/Checklist and Terminology milestones slipped as a result of the additional work required on the template.

Project status changed to Amber from Red. A Development resource has been assigned to MyEd Learn channel development work which is a 'Must Have' deliverable for the project. There are some technical uncertainties about some aspects of this work, hence the project to stay at Amber till further investigations are carried out.

• Build work on BI Data feeds started.
• Test migration complete on Blackboard side - Test migration SaaS environment available to UoE for configuration and testing.

• Implement default deny policy.
• Complete Test upgrade.
• Checkpoint for committing to Moodle version.
