Achievements this period 

  • Created and released feedback to Semester 1 and Semester 2 users (JISC Online Survey used)

  • Created and disseminated text based case studies to selection of Semester 1 users. These are remote case studies where participants are sent questions to reply in text. Intention is to also complete video based case study interview over the summer.

  • Drafted ALT conference submission for Noteable based workshop

  • Confirmed list of attendees for Jupyter Community Event in May

  • Working closely with nbgrader beta user to highlight bugs or improvements for assignment marking system within Noteable

  • Defined development priorities with EDINA regarding Noteable service work.

Next Steps 

  • New roadmap to be created by EDINA

  • Collect and analsye feedback

  • Publish text based case studies from Semester 1 users

  • Attend DigiFest 2019 in Birmingham to talk about Noteable with other LT focused colleagues from other institutions

  • Submit ALT Conference submission (joint submission with EDINA)

  • Draft Retention Policy for Noteable service

  • Document common issues with service so that other colleagues within LTW DLAM can answer common queries and resolve issue in my absence.
