Achievements this Period
- Work still continuing and almost now completed against work packages / development of the API / XML Handler for all original 'Must Have' requirements / Jira
- Along with XMA Limited, who are already identified as a Supplier to initially go live with, Fisher Scientific UK Ltd and Blackwells Ltd have also been identified by the Business. These have been agreed with the SG are are set up ready for acceptance on the TEST system.
Issues

A resource related issue was again experienced during February, in which the project was informed that the Technical Lead (developer) will begin work as Technical Lead on DTI044 UCP uPortal5, Content Migration and UI Redesign, from Mon 11 Feb, to back fill the loss of another Senior Developer, which is documented in both Risk #5: Securing Software Development Resource and Change #12: Development Resource Reallocation due to Restructure Within Software Development Team. It is expected that development of all Must Have Jira will be completed w/c 04-Mar-2019, however there is a risk that further work will be requested during the acceptance testing, where Resourcing drops back to one Developer at a reduced booking. This resourcing risk / issue is being managed within risk 5 and sees the Project status raised to AMBER.
Next Steps
- Complete work packages / development of the API / XML Handler (all original 'Must Have' Jira)
- Agree a new 'LIVE' SR with the SG, forms have been received are being processed
- Begin / complete acceptance testing in readiness for go live

- The project request forms (ASTA and In-Year) for project FIN128 were reviewed and approved by WIS on January 25th, 2019.
- The project has now moved into the Planning stage.
- The initial draft of the Project Brief has started development.
