• Phase 2 Sprint 1 was made live - new plugins, themes and bug fixes.
• Phase 2 Sprint 2 development work in progress.
• Phase 2 - Blogs Archive & Deletion development and policy work in progress.
• Changes to Website Search - new 'Blogs' tab - development and testing complete.

RAG Commentary

No change from last reporting period. Phase two of the project includes bespoke development work such as change to WordPress search engine, blogs archiving and deletion etc. There is some uncertainty on how the search requirements can be technically met and hence there is medium confidence in Phase 2 being completed in time. So the RAG status of Amber has been selected for Phase 2 of the project in this reporting period.

• Budget reviewed and approved as 88d (was 63d) – wis approval 9/11/18
• LTW confirmed Live deployment date to be wb 7/1/ 18
• Revised milestones agreed and updated – wis approval 9/11/18
• QMP completed Test install and migrations and UAT commenced 7/11/18
• Call submitted to ITI for Live configuration

• UAT not yet signed off ads there are still issues with managed access and load balancer settings

Next Steps

• LTW to complete testing

Rag commentary:

As indicted last month once verified by QMP that TEST is fully upgraded and migrations are complete we can move the project to AMBER. We now have a Test system and it is in UAT so we can move the project to AMBER. There are issues in UAT to do with managed access and load balancer firewall rules and these are being investigated by QMP with support from DevTech and ITI.

Work has started on the LIVE configuration as ITI do not have the resource to wait until UAT is signed but are doing so with the caveat that some rework may be required

• No current issues however decision made to re-plan automation workstream due to resource constraints

RAG Commentary

AMBER - discussions between LTW and Apps are ongoing about assigning a replacement PM however nothing secured yet.

In addition resource from DLAM has constraints due to loss of resource within the team putting additional pressure on key

resource for the project. Re-plan has taken place to alleviate this pressure. Path to GREEN, replacement PM resource needs to be secured. Expected that DLAM resource issue will be addressed through re-plan so no further steps necessary.

RAG Commentary

Contract for PM on the project is due to end beginning of January and the paperwork for contract extension has not been completed. Hence the project status has been moved to Amber. Path to Green - Pursue contract paperwork and get it in place before Christmas break.
