Commentary
The programme manager considers that overall the programme is GREEN, as the risks associated with the need to upgrade the Erecruitment application are likely to be downgraded soon. It is expected that a new contract will be signed in October and that there will be no need to upgrade Erecruitment in 2018/19 or 2019/20.
The start of year budget has been set at 232 days, which contains 20 days of contingency.
