Project Summary:
This in-year sponsor-funded project was introduced to undertake business and systems analysis at Research into Results Ltd (RIR) to validate whether their systems and support arrangements are fit for purpose to support the business for the coming years. This analysis took the form of a number of face-to-face interviews with key staff and the production of a summary & recommendations paper.
