Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
Overall the USG Other Programme is GREEN, with three active projects:
- USG002 - GREEN - The vendor delivered the solution in time for 25 May 2018. A few small tweaks are required before the deployment to LIVE can be fully signed off. It is not expected to impact on the project closure later in June.
- USG010 - GREEN - Planning in progress, to be signed off.
- USG011 - SUSPENDED - Some small technical work has taken place, alongside the resolution of the resource conflict which will allow the project to be unsuspended by mid June 2018.
The 32d contingency held within the USG Other Programme has been transferred to Human Resources to support of compliance work in HRS094 HR HESA Staff Return 17/18, see PRICC 111 - Transfer from USGPB1 to HRS for HRS094. This reduces the programme budget from 356 to 324 days.
