• Deployment sign off review achieved
• Closure report written and distributed
• All closure signoffs received with the exception of Apps Man due to annual leave.

Issues

• Closure delayed due to annual leave of Applications Management representative required for sign off. Closure will be achieved by 08/12/2017 as this has now been signed off and submitted to WIS.
