• EST080-234 Live CAD url down - changes promoted to live prior to scheduled monthly patching
• EST080-273 Invoice Batches after monthly billing - Applications Management commenced review of issue
• EST080-245 Issue when changing status on work requests - Emma Rayner confirmed that this call had been escalated within Mass.  Fix subsequently received on Tuesday 2nd May and applied to Dev and Test on the same day.  Whilst the test appears to have been successfully completed on Test, two further Jira's - 277 and 278 have been created
• EST080-276 - Problem Type/Repair Type Validation in Live
• EST080-277 - Building Operations Console not showing in Test
• EST080-278 - No Survey available against Work Requests in Test

• Quote received from Mass regarding the request to display the requestor phone number on the mobile solution
• Meeting to be convened by Derrick Matheson to review finance related issues associated with monthly billing
• Update paper prepared and distributed prior to the Hard Services project board
