Activity this week - JIRA

  • EST080-190 - TAD. Call closed
  • EST080-273 - New JIRA created on the back of running monthly billing process -  Issues with Final Invoice Batches which are being sent to Finance after Monthly Billing has been run and Work Requests and all associated Orders and Invoices have been Archived. Call has been forwarded to IS Applications Management to review
  • EST080-274 - Report has been created through Live Webcentral Url but is not showing when click on link in Webcentralcad Url giving error Page Unavailable as per attached.  Files have been copied to the common area on the CAD environment and appears to be working. However, it is noted that the reports are created into a per site folder for each url. Andrew Taylor has advised  'We have emailed ARCHIBUS to see if it is possible to have once shared 'per-site' folder for both environments. Currently though, you need to copy any report that is created in one environment to the other under the same per-site folder. This should be possible to automate by your IS department. ' As a result, this call can be closed - but still requires to be logged for future reference
  • EST080-275: New JIRA call raised - We are having issues when trying to process a Credit Note after the Monthly Billing process has been run as the Work Requests and all associated Orders have been Archived. The user receives an 'invalid order number' message when keying in the Purchase Order Number using the Credit Note Entry screen.  Details have been forwarded to Mass to review Mass has questioned why a change would be made after the monthly billing had archived the work request and has questioned whether the monthly billing should be applied whilst there are still some financial transactions outstanding - similar to the issue log IL004 re contract services

Additional Activity

  • EST080-170 - Dynamic Site Assessment. Purchase Order has been raised and forwarded to Mass.  This will be delivered as part of 23.1
  • EST080-240 – Console Performance Issues. CP has advised -  there are still reports of issues, but I am becoming ever more convinced these are network issues rather than console performance.  Keith has ordered replacement PCs, and further training is being written and organised to building on the basics – focusing on sorting and filtering etc
  • EST080-245 -  Issues when changing Status on Work Request - Request that the lack of response from Mass be escalated
  • EST080-213/260/268. During further testing on Friday 28th April - it has not been possible to replicate the reported issues
  • EST080-262 - Unable to remove CF from work request - Potential patch available in 21.3 but would require UoE customisation to be applied. Mass to advise if issue corrected in 23.1.
  • EST080-269 - Issue with Stock Updates - currently stock not being updated until work request closed through monthly billing.  Quote received from Mass to update stock dynamically £6k + vat
  • EST080-271 - Approve Screen Updates: Initial testing carried out and whilst the changes appear to work in a specific way, concerns have been expressed that
    • as only the building number is displayed, the process would  be improved by displaying the building name If you change Building Code through select value screen the Site Code changes but if type Building Code direct in to field the Site Code does not update, also the Floor Code and Room Code would need to clear out as these could be invalid for the chosen Building Mass have subsequently supplied a quote totalling £1592 + vat to implement
