Iteration 7 (25/5-12/6)goal:

• A workaround for Support in the event an EE cannot submit report
• Display of College reports needs to be in school and academic year order 
• As a college contact I want to see only the reports relevant to my UG or PG role
• Change guidance links to Policy and handbook 
• Change Import to recognise Examiners that have completed their contracts

Iteration 4 (13/4-24/4)goal:

-College key contact can add/edit a response coordinator/readers, and allocate report

-College contacts are notified when a report is submitted

• Update the BI process summary reports to include the number of reports submitted off line

• To complete testing for: Admin staff will be able to edit/delete External Examiner details using the EUCLID e-vision screens.

• To complete rework for: New BI report to identify External Examiner appointments that are nearing the end of their terms so that a suitable replacement can be organised.

Iteration 2 (2/3-13/3)

Iteration 2 goal:

• To address data protection issues both in EERS and BI reports affecting External Examiners details, and user roles. A redaction tool for identified data breaches in External Examiner reports and a tracking BI Report will be introduced.  This will ensure the system is compliant with data protection legislation and guidance will be released on how to use these tools. External Examiner email address and postal address will no longer be displayed on the External Examiner reports for data protection purposes.  

• Usability: an External examiner knows who to contact should there be a system issue in EERS

• School level role group: school contacts are maintained and key contacts can be changed
