Achievements this period

  • 3rd iteration of UAT now completed and all JIRAs now resolved / closed
  • Closure report completed and ready for sign off once deployed to test and live
  • Project handover to other Project Manager to complete closure activities due to departure of current PM
  • Deployment of code to test environment in progress

Issues

  • During handover of code to support it was noted that there was millions of records in the database, following investigation this has now been resolved and checked against the daily file
  • Once test deployment has complete we will need business resource to check reporting before agreeing to deploy to Live they are currently on annual leave until 10th April revised milestones will have to  be agreed

The project status is AMBER due to the delay in resolution of JIRAs and unavailability of business lead to check reporting once deployed in Test, milestones to be revised.

ISSUE : Resolution of JIRAs and Testing to confirm accuracy of reporting delayed deployment to test, this is now underway however milestones now require to be revised as Business Lead on annual leave early April and the project will require their time to check reporting in Test environment.
