Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Commentary:

During January, the only project activity was in SCEP02 - Virtual Edinburgh PM Consultancy and Support, resulting in 3 days being utilised by IS Applications across the programme.

The CSCE Programme / Portfolio has a budget of 211 days for 2016/17 with 95 days still unassigned. Its overall status is AMBER. Please note that the project RAG status is following the guidelines available on the Project RAG status guidance page.

AP67-073 16/17 Ring Fenced Allocation for CSCE

GREEN

 95 days of core funding remains to be allocated (out of 150 days). The current allocations are:

  • An extra 3 days have been allocated to SCE010 in addition to the original 12 days, see issue 38.
  • 10 days to SCE011
  • 30 days have also been granted to support efforts to integrate STACK with Learn. A new project for this will be created when PM resources are available.
