Achievements in Last Period

• Monitoring Data Quality following Soft Launch
• Deployment Checklist completed
• Project Closure Questionnaire completed and comments added to completion report
• Completion report drafted and agreed at Deployment Sign Off review meeting which confirmed both DSOR and Closure sign off

Issues

• Extended milestones to end of August for Deployment review sign off as Student data hasn’t been processed through to allow data monitoring to take place.
• Completed a test course in Live for 15/16 to follow data through and then delete, this proved successful in seeing data being passed through

Next Steps

• Project Closed WIS approval 02/09
