Achievements in the last period

• Acceptance completed and sign off achieved on 30th June
• Deployment to Live completed  as planned on 12th July only a slight delay in the deployment start time due to outage encountered at AT.
• DSOR meeting held on 28th July
• Closure completion report drafted and closure questionnaire issued out for lessons learned.

Issues

• No major issues since deployment to live
• Updated and tested DR plan not completed so this is scheduled for week commencing 1st August

Next steps

• Closure sign off
• Project Closure
