Achievements in Last Period

• Analysis activity in progress only a few remaining services to be reviewed for information e.g. Cloud based services and services owned by other areas such Network Shared Drives and Staff Mail
• Dash Board now being updated with key information
• High levels requirements created for repository and commencing discussions with Service Management regarding SharePoint site

Issues

• Review with Head of Production Management services which could potentially be removed as priority services e.g. Exchange Mail & Diary and Electronic Journals

Next Steps

• Agree storage options for a master DR document which can be stored off site
• Confirm what documentation is missing / needs to be created for services

The project status is GREEN
