Achievements in Last Period

• Supplier scenario demos took place as scheduled during period w/c 30/05/16 to w/c 17/06/16; some clarifications for each supplier.
• Consensus scores agreed for most sections of supplier written responses (pending some clarifications outstanding with suppliers).
• Project Board updated 21/06/16 and briefed on the outstanding issues for resolution (min threshold functionality issue for 1 supplier, and min threshold accessibility for 2 suppliers).
• Additional Project Board arranged for w/c 04/07/16 to reconvene and discuss resolution of outstanding issues.

Issues

• Further clarifications pending with one supplier regarding min threshold section of clinincal scenario. Project Sponsor, Procurement Manager and PM holding conf call with supplier to clarify.
• Discussions not yet complete with all suppliers regarding required work to meet Accessibility min threshold by implementation.

Next Steps​

• Complete evaluation of suppliers (consensus on scoring of supplier written reponses and scenario demos, and commercials).
• Prepare recommendation for Project Board.
• Review risks with Project Board.
• Review budget and resourcing.

The project current status is AMBER due to delay reaching decision.
