Achievements in Last Period

• Complete DEV Upgrade milestone achieved
• TEST ready for UAT milestone achieved
• User group UAT took place as scheduled
• Resolution of some JIRAs
• Planning for LIVE build underway  

Issues

• Further issues were raised during the User Group UAT and these are requiring the Supplier's Development team to provide weeks of unplanned re-work. An escalation process has been activated with the supplier to secure the resources, with delivery of the major issue (JIRA 76) expected w/c June 10. The delay due ot these issues and the additional unplanned effort to support this re-work means the project needs re-estimted and re-scheduled. The re-estimation will take place on 13/06/16 and based on the supplier's progress with the issue, the project will then be re-planned. Due to leave across the team in July and August, it is expected that the project's delivery date will slip by over a month and therefore the project's RAG status is being set to RED.

Next Steps

• Supplier to complete resolution of issues in DEV
• Complete HR Systems re-testing in DEV and TEST (the UAT Sign-off milestone will be moved to follow this testing)
• Complete stage 1 in LIVE
• Complete stages 2 & 3 in TEST
• Upgrade TEST BI
• Complete Stages 2 & 3 LIVE
