XPR database Deployment review was signed off on 11 May with no issues in Live
ColdFusion Upgrade successfully passed UAT on 16 May and was deployed to Live on 24 May
ColdFusion Upgrade Deployment review was achieved on 3 June

Issues
There were delays to starting UAT due to the following issues (Sponsor approved new dates of 18 May for Acceptance sign off and 23 May for deployment)
First issue was not being able to access WPM to make a payment - this was due to changes made by LMP007 to the Print pathway (LMP007 is updating the Print pathway to accommodate the Library as it is too expensive to set up a separate Library pathway) – the LMP007 work was rolled back which meant that it again worked as expected in the Test environment for OPC and UAT was able to progress.
The second issue on the WPM channel not working was due to any transaction receiving an error email from the callback procedure rather than a successful email. It was confirmed that the error email was being generated in Test but all was working okay in Live. It highlighted dependencies and order of deployment between OLL, OPC and FIN under the WPMSERV umbrella which were not known about at the start of the project. It was only because the developer on the FIN project had the domain knowledge to understand the WPMSERV dependencies that we were able to take this forward. As deployments had to be done in a specific order Ben Armstrong from the FIN110 project co-ordinated the deployment as they were also making further changes under FIN110 that required to be scheduled in.
There was also an error in Dev and Test once we deployed to Live. It was thought it was due to certificate issues that were sorted in Test but restarting the servers did not make any difference. It was however found to be a new firewall rule blocking the ldap port – resolved with a call to helpdesk to open the port
