Migrations almost complete

Migrations for all but three servers in L&C have been completed. We remain to finish off some work with the Spacewalk pacth service but that is mostly built and ready. There is one remaining action to produce a list of the RHEL systems that will need to have licences bought in August. We will consolidate the list to maximise the order and any discount that may be achieved across all IS divisions and then recharge to the appropriate cost centres.
