Achievements in last period

• Completed the prioritisation of the mandatory requirements with Senior Users

Issues

• Project team cannot issue by email the requirements for approval by Senior Users as originally planned at beginning of August. There are conflicting views on some of the requirements, mostly on agreeing whether some of the fields are optional or mandatory. There are also been engagement issues with not all user groups being represented (https://www.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/hrs084/issues/11 and https://www.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/hrs084/issues/10) during the July meetings . It is proposed to sign off the requirements during an additional 2 meetings to be planned end August involving all senior users.
• This will affect estimates: more days from the technical implementation will be used for BA and PM times. To be estimated.
• This will also affect the project milestones: PM to revise dates once the 2 additional meetings have been scheduled.
