Achievements in last period

  • Completed business requirements workshops with all 4 user groups: UHRS, College devolved HR, and both School and Support Groups

Issues

  • Revised estimates, issue: new estimates are 50d (was 35d). Agreed 2d contingency will be used within the programme and 5 d from the HR Hesa project.
  • Agreed milestones to move to 15/16 for the requirements sign offs and closure, to take into account the additional consultation work and holidays (https://www.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/hrs084/issues/7)

Next Steps

  • Prioritise the mandatory requirements with Senior Users
  • Complete some of the outstanding analysis and adress details of the prioritsed requirements
